Working meeting by  experts of IA

November 30, 2017 in the city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, head Leonid Ignatiev of the International Association "Eurostrategy" and expert team, were held a round table on the topic “Social investment and development opportunities of communities in the Eastern regions" with representatives of Eastern UTC. Within the framework of this project was considered the mechanism "Implementation of the approaches of the contract mechanism, including on the basis of tender proposals for the financing of social services and social programs for children and families with children on the example of the communities of the Lugansk region " which is implemented with the financial support of the United Nations Children's Fund UNICEF

The goal of this meeting was to identify of existing social problems and ways of solving social needs by the local budgets with additional resources and sources of financing, improving the quality of social services provided to children and families with children at the level of the united communities.

During the round table were discussed the following questions:

-  were presented the tools how to involve additional financial resources to the community,

-   sources of replenishment of profitable base of the budget organizations ,

- the integrated approach how  to solve the social and economic problems of UTCs,

- identification of actual problems of the communities

In the result of the event was revealed actual social problems of communities, methods of additional financing, additional ways of replenishing budgets, identified promising areas of social development of communities for 2018.
